Merlin2 was launched by Fullwood robotic milking in 2014 superseding the original Merlin with a complete re-design and an electric arm. This greatly reduced the requirement for compressed air, which increased reliability and resulted in a much quieter machine.
Routing
It is available in a right- or left-handed version to suit your farm layout and Fullwood offer both free access and routed systems. Grazing systems are also available.
Entry and exit
This is branded as K flow with entry from the rear and options of exiting straight out or to the side.

The milking cups are cleaned with cold water between milkings with the option of adding peracetic acid.
Milk quality monitoring
Milk quality is assessed with FullQuest, Fulllab and Fullcount, which provide quarter conductivity, blood detection, and constituent and cell count monitoring, which can all link to the software package and Fullsense app.
Batch milking
Fullwood Joz offers a batch milking system branded Merlin Meridian, which was launched in 2021 using a unique circular sorting system.
